Ivana Todorovic – Eva Music School

She was born in Niš, where she graduated from the lower and secondary music school “Dr. Vojislav Vučković”, theoretical and instrumental department. She graduated from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, at the piano department in the class of prof. Zorice Dimitrijević Stošić, with the highest marks.
During her studies she improved her professional skills by working with eminent piano teachers: Arbo Valdma, Igor Lasko, Sijavuš Gadžijev, Konstantin Bogino…
After completing her studies, she began her professional career as an accompanist at the music school “Davorin Jenko” in the department for strings and solo singing, and later as a piano teacher. Her pedagogical achievements, during more than twenty years of working with children of different age, are supported by many prizes her students won at various piano competitions and music festivals.
“I consider my greatest success the fact that, during all these years of work, I have gained the love and respect of my students, who are often my greatest source of inspiration. The starting point in my pedagogical approach is that the piano is not only an instrument, but also a mode for expressing emotions. Every child has a unique gift, and my role is to help him develop it and share it with others through the instrument. I work with dedication and passion as I would like to inspire young people to discover the magic of music and the beauty of playing the piano and thus enrich their lives with notes of joy and harmony.”

After gaining the work license from British Royal ABRSM program and method, she joined the team of the International school of music „Eva Music“ in Belgrade, which brought a significant professional reinforcement to this school.
