Pavle Stanković (1996) was born in Niš, where he completed his elementary (under the guidance of Marko Lazarević) and secondary music education (under Bogdan Pejić) in the classical guitar department. He began his academic studies in 2015 in the class of mr Miloš Janjić. He graduated in 2020 and earned his master’s degree in 2023 from the Faculty of Arts in Niš, also in the class of mr Miloš Janjić.
During his studies, he regularly participated in masterclasses led by some of the most eminent guitarists of today, including Goran Krivokapić, Artyom Dervoed, Hubert Käppel, Giulio Tampalini, Nikita Koskhin, and Aleksandar Hadži-Đorđević.
He has won awards at both national and international competitions, and his first public performance took place in 2010 in Belgrade at the Festival of Young Composers, where he performed his first composition.
He began his pedagogical career in 2023 at the “Petar Konjović” Elementary Music School, where he works with young talents with great dedication.
As an educator, he strives to pass on his performance and technical knowledge to his students by combining traditional teaching methods with modern approaches. He focuses on developing musical interpretation, technical precision, and expressiveness in each student, with a special emphasis on individualized teaching methods tailored to their needs and talents.
He aims to provide his students with a broad musical education, introducing them to the richness of musical literature and styles, while also motivating them to always strive for excellence. In addition to technical skills, he teaches them the importance of discipline, perseverance, and artistic maturity, which are essential traits for success in the world of classical music.
