Katarina Feodorović

Katarina Feodorović was born in 1974. in Belgrade. She ended secondary music education at the “Vojislav Vučković” music school, and then enters the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in the class of prof. Arbo Valdma. She finished her studies in the class of prof. Lidija Stanković with the highest marks. She also obtained a diploma of interdisciplinary studies “Cultural Policy and Management” at the UNESCO Department of the University of Arts in Belgrade. The master’s thesis from the aforementioned studies she presented at conferences in Liverpool and Belgrade.

She began his professional career in 1995. as a piano teacher at the "Vatroslav Lisinski" Music School, and in 1999. she moved to the “Kosta Manojlović” Music School as a piano accompanist. From 2005. until now, she has been working at the “Davorin Jenko” Music School, first as a piano accompanist, and since 2010. as a piano pedagogue. During her career as a piano accompanist, she performed with students at all major competitions in Serbia, as well as abroad. Also, during her teaching work, her students won numerous awards at domestic and foreign competitions. She was also a teaching assistant at the master class of the Music festival in Italy in 2017.

In addition to pedagogical work, she was also involved in the organization of seminars, as well as the
realization of programs for educational training of teachers, conferences and workshops.

As a pedagogue, he is guided by a gradual and individual approach to each child, his abilities and needs.
She believes that children become attached to the instrument through the teacher, so her efforts are focused on building a friendly and pleasant atmosphere during lessons.
